Mitsui Foods, Kokubu to Form Business Alliance
Under the new alliance, Kokubu will help Mitsui Foods improve its business by providing support for management and human resources.
13/04/06 Kokubu, a Tokyo-based wholesaler of food and liquor products, and Mitsui Foods have basically agreed to form a business alliance.
Under the new alliance, Kokubu will help Mitsui Foods improve its business by providing support for management and human resources. The two partners will also collaborate in operations for their core businesses, such as commercial food items, frozen/refrigerated foods, dried foodstuffs, confectionaries and pet goods.
In addition, Mitsui, a parent company of Mitsui Foods, will fully support the alliance.
