‘Menus of the Masters’ receives vast response from chefs in the Middle East
Menus of the Masters has been successful in bringing together many of the finest and talented culinary masters in the Middle East.
28/04/05 The FoodServices team in Nestlé Middle East have announced that ‘Menus of the Masters’ has received an overwhelming response from chefs in UAE, KSA and Lebanon.
The challenge for Menus of the Masters, which started in 2001 continually grows bigger and better every year and has succeeded in bringing together many of the finest and talented culinary masters in the Middle East.
The competition was tough and the chefs worked very hard to demonstrate their creativity by embracing new trends, presentation styles and techniques while sharing their extraordinary skills, imagination and inventiveness with each other.
The selected recipes will be presented in the annual highly acclaimed cookbook, Menus of the Masters.
The edition will then be distributed to the participating chefs and other professional chefs in the region.
