11 Jul 2019 --- Canadian multinational McCain Foods has entered a new strategic partnership with NUGGS, a New York-based start-up that has developed a plant-based chicken nugget alternative. The NUGGS meatless chicken nuggets are marketed as a close simulation of traditional chicken nuggets in texture and flavor but higher in protein and lower in calories.
