They come in a steamable pouch for the vegetables to be steamed in the microwave in less than 5 minutes, and as they are frozen they keep at peak freshness in the freezer. Express uses quality chunky vegetables and the light sauces really complement the vegetables and bring out their natural flavour. All of the Express products score at least 2 green traffic lights (as measured against FSA signpost labelling standards) with 'Broccoli, red pepper and soya beans' scoring all 4 green lights.
