Kudos Blends Celebrates 15th Anniversary
19 Aug 2014 --- This year Kudos Blends, the leading supplier of technically driven raising agents, celebrates its 15th anniversary. In 1999 director Dinnie Jordan set out with the aim to offer an extensive range of raising agents backed up by technical excellence and innovation for bakeries and premix companies around the world. Over the last 15 years Kudos’ mission has become reality through a well-developed product portfolio supplying a range of raising agents to the baking industry all with innovative and unique properties.
Continuous growth since Kudos’ start up means that investment back into the business has been prominent throughout the course of the last 15 years. Expansion of office space, the move of manufacturing on-site and the development of a hub of innovation with the on-site Technical Centre has enabled the delivery of a professional and reactive service to customers.
Over the last 15 years Kudos has appointed distributors in every continent across the globe. The expansion of local and global operations ensures customers around the world are offered innovative products and scientifically focused world-class technical support.
A well-developed product portfolio includes an extensive range of raising agents which reduce sodium, increase potassium and remove aluminium in baked goods. The team of scientists and test bakers ensure that products are developed with the chemistry behind baking in mind and the manufacture of Kudos products on-site ensure that the start to end process can be monitored and tested.
Kudos will continue to grow and develop as a company through the push of innovation and investment. In 2013, the novel KUDOS SALP Replacer was developed to meet European demand after legislation banning the use of SALP in baked products. This year, further exciting new product development as well as continued investment into office space and manufacturing facilities will ensure that the increasing demand for Kudos products can be met whilst providing a creative and engaging work environment for employees.
