18 Jun 2021 --- Kerry Group has agreed to sell its Consumer Foods’ Meats and Meals business in the UK and Ireland to Pilgrim’s Pride for a cash consideration of €819 million (US$976 million). The transaction is expected to close in the final quarter of this year, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
