IDF & ADF Hire Lynch as VP Sales & Marketing

1/6/2011 --- Stephanie Lynch was appointed Vice President of Sales and Marketing for International Dehydrated Foods, Inc. (IDF) and American Dehydrated Foods, Inc. (ADF), world leaders in dehydrated meat and poultry ingredients for the food and petfood industries. In this role, Stephanie will be responsible for the company’s global sales, marketing and business development.
Prior to joining IDF/ADF, Stephanie was the Director of Health & Wellness for Virginia Dare and was the Global Market Manager for Dow Chemical's Food and Nutrition Business while living in Zurich, Switzerland. Stephanie led Dow’s food business through a strategic shift to a new focus on the health benefits of its dietary fibers and is co-author of several patents filed on health benefits of cellulosic dietary fibers. Prior to her association with Dow, Stephanie was a food scientist and project leader at Thomas J. Lipton (Unilever) in Englewood Cliffs, N.J. Stephanie earned a bachelor’s degree in food science from Rutgers University and is a regular presenter at SupplySide West.
International Dehydrated Foods, Inc. was established in 1982 and produces a variety of poultry and meat products. Those products include Spray-dried Poultry and Meat Products, Spray-dried Agglomerated Powdered Chicken Broth, Spray-dried Fat Powders, Frozen Chicken Broth (32% Solids) and Shelf-stable Chicken Fat. Our 155,000 square foot USDA inspected manufacturing facility is located in Monett, Mo., in the heart of one of the USA’s largest broiler production areas. All IDF products are available for worldwide distribution and are manufactured under a strict HACCP quality control program.
ADF is a premier supplier of high-quality, label-friendly, petfood ingredients and has been partnering with its petfood customers for more than 30 years, providing unequalled customer service. ADF is the world leader in the sourcing, spray drying and supply of egg product for domestic and international petfood companies. The company also supplies the petfood industry with spray-dried poultry- and meat-based ingredients, such as spray-dried chicken and hypo-allergenic, hydrolyzed meats.
