Huber Packaging Group Sells their Decorative Tin Business

The production and sale of decorative tins will continue to be operated independently from Landshut.

6/24/2011 --- Huber Packaging Group GmbH, Öhringen has sold their decorative tin business which was consolidated under the subsidiary Huber Decorative Packaging GmbH + Co. KG, Landshut.

The purchaser is mutares AG, based in Munich. The production and sale of decorative tins will continue to be operated independently from Landshut.

By giving up these subsidiary activities, Huber Packaging Group is able to focus on the further expansion of those core business activities in which the company already holds a leading market position.
