1 Apr 2010 --- The new HS101 is a heat resistant PET film ideal for applications such as heating of packed food, tray lidding and aroma protection. Its high resistance against many chemicals make it also ideal for packaging of products such as air fresheners. HS101 is especially consumer-friendly as it presents sealed products in a clear and asthetical form.

It is also available as metalized film (MMTPH). Outside of packaging it is frequently used in applications such FRP as plain film (HS100) or with UV protection (HS200).

Key features:

* Wide sealing temperature range (130 to 220°C) and application temperature range (-40°C to 220°C)
* Sealable with APET, CPET, PVDC, unfilled paper and itself
* Good machinability thanks to its stiffness: no shrinkage or wrinkling during sealing
* Available as untreated, corona and chemically treated, metalized and UV protection treated film
* Suitable for heating food in conventional and microwave ovens
* Protects packaged aroma, moisture and gas
* permant seal (this is not a peelable film)
