23 Feb 2021 --- Wageningen Bioveterinary Research (WBVR) has confirmed another introduction of bird flu at a Dutch poultry farm. It concerns the highly pathogenic H5N8 strain on a laying hen farm in Sint-Oedenrode, the Netherlands. To prevent the virus from spreading, the farm was culled by the Dutch Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority (NVWA).
