Graber Appointed as Next Givaudan Flavours Head
Concurrently with Mike Davis’ retirement, Mauricio Graber has been appointed as Global Head of the Flavours Division, effective July 1, 2006.
27/02/06 After over 14 years of successful leadership at Givaudan, Mike Davis has announced his decision to retire as the Global Head of Givaudan’s Flavours Division, effective June 30, 2006.
Concurrently with Davis’ retirement, Mauricio Graber has been appointed as Global Head of the Flavours Division, effective July 1, 2006.
Graber began his career with Givaudan in 1995 as Managing Director for Latin America with Tastemaker. Upon the merger of Tastemaker with Givaudan Roure, Graber became the Managing Director for Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean before taking over as Vice President for Latin America in 2000. Graber has a BSC in Electronic Engineering and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
Davis’ distinguished career has spanned 30 years in the flavours industry. He joined Fries & Fries in 1976, and held various operating and management positions until 1988 when he was named President. In 1992, upon the formation of Tastemaker, he assumed the position of President and Chief Executive Officer, and held that position until Givaudan acquired the company in April 1997. In 1999, he was named President of Givaudan Flavours.
