28/08/07 Michael Conti, Vice President Natural Products Business Manager, Frutarom USA Inc., has announced the immediate availability of Solid Extract Vanilla Bourbon FR, a new ingredient that addresses the needs of customers who do not want vanilla products that contain alcohol, as well as those that are looking for a higher, concentrated version of standard Vanilla extract.
In making the announcement, Mr. Conti stated, “Our flavor development experts have taken into account that some customers want a vanilla product that does not contain alcohol, but offers high quality, authentic flavor and is compatible to a wide range of formulations. In looking to meet the needs for Halal certification as well as customers who use vanilla in both UHT and HTST pasteurization applications, Frutarom has developed an excellent vanilla product that exceeds expectations when it comes to taste and performance.”
