02 Apr 2015 --- Royal FrieslandCampina N.V. and China Huishan Dairy Holdings Company Limited have established their joint venture after receiving anti-trust clearance and after completion of the other conditions. The joint venture will operate under the name Friesland Huishan Dairy. On 8 October 2014, the two companies announced their intention to enter into a joint venture. As of today, each company holds a 50 percent stake in Friesland Huishan Dairy.
