Firmenich Celebrates Fully Integrated Certification in All Areas
10 Nov 2015 --- Firmenich proudly announces that its Naturals Center of Excellence in Grasse, France, has recently achieved fully integrated certification across all four Quality, Food Safety, Occupational Health & Safety and Environmental management system standards.
“Since the inauguration of our Naturals Center of Excellence in Grasse in 2011, we have focused on constantly improving our operations and products across all these dimensions. This success in attaining integrated third-party certification re-affirms our leadership in sustainability and operational excellence,” emphasizes Brinkgreve.
“Our team in Grasse is dedicated to developing and producing cutting-edge naturals for our strategic partners, by constantly raising the bar in quality and creativity,” adds Olivier Picard, President Firmenich Grasse. “While celebrating our 120th Anniversary this year, I am proud that we are also deepening our state-of-the-art capabilities in Perfumery and Flavor Naturals to best partner with our customers in this dynamic sector for many more years to come,” closes Picard.
The Grasse site also contributed towards the achievement of Firmenich’s 2015 strategic sustainability goal this year to certify all of its 25 manufacturing sites worldwide in full compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHSAS 18001) and Environmental Management (ISO 14001) System Standards.
