Exter Launches Six New Flavour Ranges

26/09/07 Exter Aroma has introduced a new collection of flavours. Following the natural trend in food, the flavours are made by using authentic cuisine technology under mild conditions.
Flavour ranges are: beef, chicken, seafood, pork, vegetable & cheese and base notes. They come in a variety of profiles, ranging from boiled to roasted, all produced by Maillard reaction, a process that mimics the cooking of meat.
The flavour impact of these products is balanced, intense and lingering, optimising value for money in the application. Clean label options like MSG free, allergen free and vegetarian are available. All Exter products are GMO free. Moreover, all flavours come with excellent heat and shelf life stability applicable in a wide range of food applications.
In 2008 Exter Aroma plans to launch a new range of natural flavours, which will mark the second stage of the company’s expansion and a will to follow up on the latest healthy food trends.
Sixty-five year-old Exter Aroma is based in Zaandam, the Netherlands and flavours are distributed via a network of professional distributors all around the world. The company can deliver these flavours with Kosher and Halal certification. At the beginning of 2007, BRC (British Retail Consortium) certification was achieved at the highest (A) level.
