25 Oct 2012 --- EHL Ingredients has launched a brand new, natural ingredient to the UK food sector – Lemon Myrtle (Backhousia citriodora).
The importer, blender and packer of natural food ingredients is among the first suppliers to import the herb into the UK from Australia.
Lemon Myrtle is an Australian bush spice combining the tartness of lemon and the sweet flavour of basil. It is a delicate citrus herb and highly versatile for use in many food and drink products.
EHL Ingredients supplies organic Lemon Myrtle and it is available in a dried herb form in varying quantities.
