Eagles Hit Songwriter Jack Tempchin Announces 'Peaceful Easy Feeling' Cabernet Sauvignon
20 Mar 2013 --- Legendary multi-platinum songwriter Jack Tempchin will release his new Peaceful Easy Feeling Cabernet Sauvignon in association with South Coast Winery on April 26th.
Jack Tempchin's 'Peaceful Easy Feeling' was originally released as a single by the Eagles on December 1st, 1972. To commemorate the 40th Anniversary of the song last year, the Mayor of San Diego, CA, officially proclaimed 12/1: "Peaceful Easy Feeling Day" in America's Finest City. To further celebrate, Jack Tempchin has partnered with South Coast Winery of Temecula, CA, to release a new P.E.F. Cabernet Sauvignon. South Coast Winery will make the new wine available worldwide through their international mail order site at http://WineResort.com. Mr. Tempchin's wife, Southern California artist Sheryl Tempchin, has allowed for use of her "Guitar and Bird" painting, providing colorful art for the wine's label and generating further interest.
In April, Jack Tempchin brings his "Peaceful Easy Feeling 40th Anniversary Tour" to Northern California, playing venues in Berkeley, Los Altos, Sebastopol and Santa Cruz. New demand for Mr. Tempchin has increased due to momentum minted from his featured interviews in "The History of the Eagles" DVD set documentary, produced by Academy Award-winner Alex Gibney and recently featured on Showtime.
