Oct 11 2010 --- Leading producer of value-added ingredient solutions, DSM Food Specialties will kick off its inaugural virtual event on 2 November 2010. FoodForward, DSM’s interactive platform, will remain live for three months, providing food manufacturers, distributors and many others with the information needed to stay ahead in today’s dynamic food industry.
