20 Oct 2009 --- Driem Dough Sheeting Technology BV, the latest member of the Kaak Group of companies, won during the IBA exhibition an award for the next step in bread dough sheeting equipment. DrieM introduced during this exhibition the d’Artagnan bread dough sheeting line for the production of a wide variety of artisan type of breads.
The Jury has granted this innovation award to the d’Artagnan concept, because of its compact design with a detailed eye for hygiene, easy of cleaning, maintenance and above all the ease of operation.
The jury was positively surprised by the open design and accessibility of the dough forming part (“dough dreamer”) and sheeting part. All sheeting components are constructed very openly and are easy accessible via so called gull wing doors.
From the first of November the line as exhibited at the IBA exhibition is available for testing for all customers at the DrieM premises in ‘s-Hertogenbosch.
