Two Avebe Board members have resigned over the "necessary unity" no longer being present.

25/01/05 A difference of opinion has led to the “necessary unity within the Board of Directors (of Avebe) no longer being present” says the company in a press release. B. Bijvoet and D van Doorn have resigned from the board over a disagreement about the time at which the future Board of Directors of the company will be further substantiated in the ongoing structural change to AVEBE and on strategic policies being pursued.
