A new cocktail flavours range and innovative cocktail building blocks from Döhler: the ideal basis for up-to-the-minute non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages.
3/22/2011 --- The DöhlerGroup – a global producer, marketer and provider of technology-based natural ingredients, ingredient systems and integrated solu-tions – has developed a range of new cocktail flavours for the beverage and dairy industry. The line-up captures the spirit of the times: it ranges from Caipirinha, Cosmopolitan, Mojito, Sea Breeze, Passion Daiquiri, Lemon Margarita, Strawberry Margarita, Piña Colada, Tom Collins Peach & Pineapple and Sex on the Beach to Southern Punch. Thanks to the carefully matched spirit and fruit notes, each cocktail flavour stands out for its particularly authentic taste profile. Many years’ application experience enables the Darmstadt-based company to guarantee stable use in alcoholic ready-to-drink cocktails as well as in soft drinks, dairy drinks and other beverage types.
As a provider of integrated solutions, Döhler offers its customers not just a wide array of cocktail flavours but all other recipe components, such as alcohol and acid stable cream building blocks, alcoholic fermented bases, high-quality fruit juice concentrates and purées. All ingredients are available as single building blocks or all-in-one compounds tailored to individual customer requirements.
The benefit for Döhler customers: apart from the new cocktail flavours and innovative cocktail building blocks, Döhler has developed a full range of alcoholic and alcohol-free cocktail bev-erage concepts. They include, for instance, RTD cocktails and cocktail syrups. Both concepts come as a premium version featuring high-grade fruit juices or as a variation exclusively containing tasty flavours. In consumer trials conducted by Döhler Sensory & Consumer Science, these product developments achieved extremely high acceptance scores for taste and concept idea.
