29/06/07 In cooperation with the Swiss company Hochdorf Nutrition AG Frutarom has launched preparations for the production of "crunchy“ dairy products. The easy handling saves additional production steps for the manufacturer.
Frutarom is now able to offer manufacturers of dairy products tailor-made preparations with delicate, healthy VIOGERM-Crisps, covered with a tasteful coating, for yogurt, quark and fresh cheese. The valuable wheat germs coming from the company Hochdorf Nutrition (former Multiforsa) remain crispy and fresh for several weeks - in the fruit preparation as well as in the end product.
The crisps are carefully added and filled to the fruit preparation, tailor-made according to customer’s request. As „All in One“-products, Food Systems contain everything the manufacturer needs for the production of an individual end product. The Evercrisp Food System just has to be mixed into the dairy base; further production steps are not necessary which eases the whole process significantly. The result is an end product of consistent high quality.
