13 Dec 2013 --- Constellation Brands, Inc., a leading beverage alcohol company, announced today the signing of new, five-year distribution agreements with Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC), granting exclusive rights to sell Constellation’s portfolio of wines and spirits in specific markets in the U.S. The new agreements extend a 2009 collaboration and take effect in March, 2015.
