Comexi Group Paves Its Way Into The Turkish Market

Comexi Group regards the agreement as a success; after their first meeting, the Catalan company verified Mensad’s willingness to work along. Thanks to this agreement, Comexi Group will have the chance to launch its products in the Turkish market, although the company already worked in the area by itself.

23 Jan 2013 --- Comexi Group, a specialist in solutions for the flexible package convertible industry, reached an agreement with Mensad International Trading Co. —Mr. Cuma Cekici’s company— to promote Comexi Group’s products in the Turkish market.

Mensad International Trading Co. has more than 10 years experience in selling machinery for the plastic industry and the flexible packaging sector, and the company has already two offices in Turkey: Istanbul and Gaziantep. Thus, Comexi Group regards the agreement as a success; after their first meeting, the Catalan company verified Mensad’s willingness to work along. Thanks to this agreement, Comexi Group will have the chance to launch its products in the Turkish market, although the company already worked in the area by itself.

Comexi Group and Mensad International Trading Co. were together at the 22th Plast Eurasia Fair held in Istanbul from Novembre 29th  to December 2nd. The last years the fair has grown along with the country’s plastic industry and due to the past edition’s success –more than
30.000 visitors– the organization had to look for larger facilities (up to 80.000 m2) to welcome more than 1.000 companies from 50 countries.

At this year’s edition, most of the visitors were small and medium-sized convertible enterprises;  among  them,  potential  customers  from  Iran,  Armenia,  Macedonia,  Russia, Ukraine, Greece, among others. This professional meeting was a good starting point for the new cooperation between Comexi Group and Mensad International Trading Co. The Catalan company was able to introduce its products to several potential customers in Turkey and also to begin establishing the work plan for Comexi’s products in this market.
