Coca-Cola HBC claims 70% of Lanitis Bros Public Ltd
Acceptance period of the Public Offer ends on 10 March 2006.
22/02/06 Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company S.A. (Coca-Cola HBC, CCHBC) has announced that to date a total of 175,044,610 shares or approximately 70% of the outstanding share capital of Lanitis Bros Public Limited have been tendered in response to the Public Offer launched by CCHBC’s subsidiary, 3E (Cyrpus) Limited, on 27 January 2006.
The acceptance period of the Public Offer ends on 10 March 2006 at 12:30pm.
Lanitis Bros Public Limited shareholders can receive copies of the prospectus of the Public Offer (available in the Greek language) and the Acceptance and Transfer of Shares Form through selected branches of the National Bank of Cyprus Ltd.
