Chr. Hansen CFO to Step Down in 2016
05 Mar 2015 --- Klaus Pedersen, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), has decided to leave Chr. Hansen no later than 28 February 2016, to pursue a career as CFO in Nets Denmark A/S.
Klaus Pedersen has been with Chr. Hansen since 2011, when he joined the company as CFO, shortly after Chr. Hansen was re-listed on Nasdaq Copenhagen.
"I have truly enjoyed my time as CFO at Chr. Hansen and appreciated being part of the team that continued the positive development of the Company," says Klaus.
Cees de Jong, CEO of Chr. Hansen: "In his almost four years of service for Chr. Hansen, Klaus has, together with the rest of the management team and the employees, achieved impressive results. Klaus will continue in his current role until further notice. I would like to thank Klaus for his significant contribution and wish him all the best in his future endeavors."
No decisions regarding succession have been made at this point.
In addition to Klaus Pedersen, Chr. Hansen's Executive Board consists of Cees de Jong and Knud Vindfeldt.
