18/10/07 China Water and Drinks Inc. announced that it has applied for the listing of its common stock on the American Stock Exchange.
The Company's common stock will not begin trading on the American Stock Exchange until the Company has been approved by the American Stock Exchange and satisfied all applicable regulatory requirements and listing standards. Although the Company has made a formal request to begin the application process by filing its request, the Company is unable to make any assurance about the outcome or timing of the approval process.
