Carling has announced a three-year partnership with the Premier League running from June 2016 until the end of the 2018/19 season. Carling sponsored the Premier League for eight seasons between1993 and 2001, and was also the title sponsor of the Carling Cup for nine seasons from 2003 to 2012.
