Cadbury Schweppes to acquire 30% stake in Kent
The deal is expected to complete in early 2006.
29/12/05 Further to its announcement of 13 December 2005, Cadbury Schweppes has agreed with Tahincioglu Holdings to buy its 30% shareholding in Kent for approximately £55 million (with the exact consideration to be determined by Kent's financial performance in 2005), thereby increasing its stake to 95%.
The deal is expected to complete in early 2006.
