Brenntag North America forms distribution agreement on ester gum
31 Aug 2018 --- Brenntag North America, Inc., part of the Brenntag Group, is collaborating with Caragum International for the exclusive distribution of Ester Gum in the US and Canada. Caragum International specializes in the formulation and manufacturing of stabilizers systems for the food industry with products such as Cararosin BG CG 389-E445.
Located in Marseille, France, Caragum supplies stabilizers into applications such as beverages, flavored emulsions and sauces.

Cararosin BG CG 389-E445, a Glycerol Ester of Wood Rosin E445, is a weighting agent and is very effective in stabilizing emulsions in beverages. The manufacturing of this material complies with the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) and Joint FAO/WHO Expert Committee on Food Additives (JECFA). In addition to manufacturing compliance, Caragum offers technical support to their customers by assisting in project development.
