Brancott Estate To Showcase Wine Portfolio At Annual New Zealand Trade Tasting
18 Jan 2013 --- It is nearly 40 years since Brancott Estate first planted vines in Marlborough, and the brand has continued to pioneer in the region ever since.
At this year’s annual New Zealand trade tasting, Brancott Estate will be showcasing its full portfolio including new vintages across its Classic and Letter Series ranges. In addition, the brand will be highlighting its credentials in Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc with several new expressions of the grape, including its Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc 2011 and the unveiling of its much anticipated icon wine.
Chief winemaker, Patrick Materman, will be on hand to unveil an exciting new range to the UK portfolio – further details of which will be released closer to the time.
In addition the brand will be highlighting its sparkling credentials as it showcases its full portfolio of fizz, including Brancott Estate Sparkling Sauvignon Blanc NV and Brancott Estate Pinot Noir Sparkling NV.
Finally, Pernod Ricard UK will be re-launching its Stoneleigh portfolio at the tasting on 13th February. All three tiers of the range will be available to taste – Classic, Latitude and Rapaura.
The move comes at a time when the brand is investing £1.6m above-the-line, which includes fruit advertising creatives focussing on new usage occasions and key health benefits including one of your five a day and no artificial preservatives.
Princes is now the fastest growing brand in value within the canned fruit market at +15.8% year on year, and hopes to achieve its growth targets through continued NPD development supported with fully integrated marketing campaigns.
