Blankers Appointed Sensus General Manager

In 2006 Iwan Blankers became responsible for Marketing & Sales and a member of the Sensus management team. During this period he contributed considerably at the strategy, growth and results of Sensus.

26/09/08 As per 1 December 2008 Mr Iwan Blankers (44) will be appointed general manager of Sensus. He will succeed Mr Joep van Wessem who has decided to leave the company. The Works Council has been asked for advice regarding the intended appointment.

After his graduation at Wageningen University food science and technology Iwan Blankers has lived and worked in Asia (Singapore, Korea, Japan) for several years. In 2006 Iwan Blankers became responsible for Marketing & Sales and a member of the Sensus management team. During this period he contributed considerably at the strategy, growth and results of Sensus.

Joep van Wessem will step down on 1 December 2008. Though he joined Sensus only recently (1 April 2006) he has contributed significantly to Sensus’ growth and development.
