Bühler awarded ServiceMark
Bühler Ltd., the sales and service organisation of Bühler Group in Great Britain, has been successfully awarded the ServiceMark accreditation which demonstrates that it is meeting the Customer Service standards as set by the Institute of Customer Service and shows their continuing commitment to service improvement.
28 Nov 2012 --- The accreditation consists of self-diagnosis, customer satisfaction measurement and independent assessment. It has enabled Bühler to prove its working to high levels of Customer Service in all areas including; service quality and commitment, credibility and capability, continuity and consistency with a creative approach when necessary. With staff adopting a professional, friendly and helpful, efficient work ethos.
Bühler Ltd will now be included on the ServiceMark register and the accreditation is valid for a period of three years.
Along with the supply of new machines Bühler is able to offer the highest levels of after sales service with the support of their UK based Customer Service team. Bühler offer all aspects of service from Service Contracts through to complete machine refurbishments, training, consultancy and breakdown call outs.
