Bennike Appointed New Executive Vice President for Chr. Hansen Colors & Blends Division

Carsten Bennike, 46, has previously worked as Executive Vice President for Supply Chain for Hempel (2005-2009). Before joining Hempel, he held various positions within the Cadbury Group.

2/28/2011 --- On 1 March 2011, Carsten Bennike will take up the position as Executive Vice President, Colors & Blends Division. At the same time he becomes a member of the Executive Board of Chr. Hansen Holding A/S.

Carsten Bennike, 46, has previously worked as Executive Vice President for Supply Chain for Hempel (2005-2009). Before joining Hempel, he held various positions within the Cadbury Group including responsible for Supply Chain and Customer Operations within the Cadbury Europe, Middle East and Africa organization. Carsten Bennike holds a M.Sc. in International Management and Marketing from Copenhagen Business School and a MBA from London Business School.

Chr. Hansen's Executive Board will consist of Lars Frederiksen, Henning Jakobsen (until 30 September), Knud Vindfeldt, Henrik Dalbøge, Carsten Hellmann and Carsten Bennike.
