Salt has been the most commonly used ingredient for over 8,000 years. It plays a key role in controlling yeast fermentation and improving the gluten structure of baked goods, as well as increasing the water-binding ability and enhancing the flavor of fresh meats. Most importantly, it makes food taste better!

From baked goods to soups to processed meats; with or without potassium chloride; the natural flavors are available in Kosher, Halal, non-GMO, FDA and USDA compliant forms and can easily achieve 35% sodium reduction in finished products.
