Barilla Holding Sells Quality Bakers to Bakkersland

20/06/08 Barilla Holding, global leader in the pasta industry and European leader in the bakery industry, and Bakkersland Groep B.V, a main player in the Dutch bread and pastry industry, have signed an agreement for the sale of the business of Quality Bakers B.V. to Bakkersland Groep B.V.

The intended transaction is subject to authorization by the competent antitrust authorities and advice will be requested from the respective Works Councils.
