Backaldrin Buys Hauser & Cie AG Neumühle Töss
27 Feb 2015 --- As part of a long-term successor solution, Hauser & Cie AG Neumühle Töss, Winterthur, has sold its semi-finished bakery and confectionery goods business to backaldrin Suisse AG. After a successful 20-year partnership, the Swiss company now passes this line of business on to backaldrin.
As the branch manager of backaldrin Suisse AG, Robert Hauser will continue to be the point of contact for customers of Hauser & Cie AG, Neumühle Töss. “By joining forces with our longstanding partner, backaldrin, in terms of a forward-looking succession plan, it has been possible to find an ideal solution for our employees and customers alike,” says Hauser. Together with his existing sales and production team, Hauser will continue to supply the Swiss market as usual with such popular products as Zipania, maize flour CEASAN, Savarin filling, as well as PurPur, Mamma Mia, Spelt Wholegrain, Victory und Vegipan.
