Arne Frank Has Now Taken Over as CEO and Managing Director of AAK
During a very interesting introduction period, I have been privileged to meet many key persons in AAK's management and employees within the various business areas.
6 Apr 2010 --- As previously announced Arne Frank has taken over as President and CEO of AAK after Jerker Hartwall. Arne Frank is 52 years old and holds an MSc in Industrial Management from Linköping Institute of Technology.
- During a very interesting introduction period, I have been privileged to meet many key persons in AAK's management and employees within the various business areas. I have also had the opportunity to meet a large number of customers, says Arne Frank, President and CEO.
- It has been very valuable for me to acquire this knowledge, experiences and views before I formally started my work at AAK. It has been especially important to thoroughly understand the Beliefs & Behaviours of the company, including the respect for the environment in which we operate.
The reactions I've received from our customers strongly confirm that our strategy is right: a strong focus on continued development towards specialty products. This and a selective acquisition strategy with a strong balance sheet as a basis will bring AAK forward and ensure a continued strong development of our profitability, Arne Frank concludes.
