AptarGroup announces acquisition of CCL Dispensing Systems assets
The acquisition is expected to be completed in early February.
25/01/06 AptarGroup, Inc. has announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire the assets of dispensing closures maker CCL Dispensing Systems, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of CCL Industries Inc. The assets to be acquired are located in Libertyville, Illinois. The purchase price will be approximately $21 million in cash. CCL Dispensing's annual revenues are approximately $22 million. The acquisition is expected to be completed in early February.
