Amoy Launches New Cooking Sauce Range

Cooking Sauces hold the largest value share of the total Chinese Market at 23 per cent, worth over £41 million.
The new Amoy range comprises six oriental cooking sauces, each made with fresh, authentic ingredients from the Orient to ensure a high-quality base for quick and easy mid-week meals:

* Sweet Soy and Oriental Vegetables
* Szechuan Tomato and Sweet Peppers
* Hoi Sin and Shitake Mushrooms
* Thai Creamy Coconut, Tomato and Red Pepper
* Yellow Bean, Soy and Cashew Nuts
