Aladdin® unveils new Lunchkeeper™ Series
A new line of insulated food and beverage containers to make healthy eating easier.
02/03/05 Aladdin has introduced a new line of insulated food and beverage containers to make healthy eating easier.
Available at Target stores nationwide, Aladdin's Lunchkeeper Series -- including Heat & Go(TM), Chill & Go(TM) and Snack & Go(TM) -- comes on the heels of the U.S. Dietary Guidelines Advisory Committee's 2005 Dietary Guidelines for Americans, which emphasize portion control and balanced eating as part of a healthy diet.
For the more than half of Americans who prefer to bring their lunch to work, Aladdin's new offerings put a healthy spin on desk-side dining. And with portion control a hot topic in the revised dietary recommendations, Aladdin has suggestions to help consumers get adequate servings of wholesome foods throughout the day.
Headlining the new Lunchkeeper Series is the dual-chambered Heat & Go, in 12 and 24 oz. sizes, with HeatKeeper(TM) Technology, keeping food -- once activated in the microwave -- hot and safe for more than three hours. Its dual-chambers enable balanced meal servings, while its long-lasting heat qualities provide workers and schoolchildren with hot and safe home-made dishes.
Also new is the tumbler-shaped Chill & Go with double-wall insulation, keeping salads, fruits and other food items fresh, cool and crisp. The easy-grab, ergonomic container includes a 3 oz. top compartment to store separates, such as salad dressing or grains to mix with yogurts. The Chill & Go is perfect for people that don't typically have time for breakfast, eat lunch on the road or are hard-pressed to find convenient healthy meals.
Rounding out the line is the convenient Snack & Go. While many munchies are relegated to flimsy plastic bags, the Snack & Go offers a sturdier, convenient and more environmentally friendly option in the form of a compact, hand-held container with dual compartments and a double-sided snap lid. Available in a range of popular colors, the transparent container fits snugly into car cup holders. The sleek Snack & Go is also ideal for busy parents who can now easily tote kids' treats without spills.
