Agropur to Purchase Foremost Farms USA’s Dry Blending Business

3 Jan 2013 --- Agropur, an important player in the North American dairy industry, is pleased to announce that it has purchased Foremost Farms USA’s dry blending business. As a result of this transaction, Agropur now owns the following brands: Reddi Sponge, PZ 44, Econo Bake, Dairy Bake, Nutrimix and Baker’s Special. Main Street Ingredients, part of Agropur, will commercialise those brands.

Foremost Farms and Agropur will work together closely in order to ensure a smooth transition for customers so that orders, deliveries and billings remain on schedule.
