AB Enzymes, Barentz Confirm Strong Partnership in European Food Enzyme Distribution

The business processes of AB Enzymes and Barentz have been integrated to ensure a continuation of high service levels to the selected customers that will be handled by Barentz. One example of this tight integration is the use of a shared central warehouse, located in Frankfurt, Germany. The central warehouse will allow both companies to guarantee reliability of supply, while reducing complexity as well as cost of handling and storage.

06/02/09 AB Enzymes and Barentz have signed an agreement that makes Barentz the preferred distributor in Europe for AB Enzymes’ Baking and Food & Specialties divisions. The agreement entails a continuation of current representation in most European countries, as well as an expansion into new territories.
