GastroDiet, Food intolerance: FODMAPs, gluten and beyond

Food intolerance has become an important issue across the world and has been implicated as a major factor in inducing symptoms in those with irritable bowel syndrome. This two-day conference aims to address multiple issues associated with dietary interventions, and to examine their bases and the strength of the evidence. It also aims to address other potential approaches and future research. We welcome all health professionals and scientists with an interest in food intolerances to attend and participate.
