At IFT16 in Chicago, PROVA food technologists and applications specialists presented attendees with a selection of trend-inspired product demonstrations featuring the company’s collection of industry-leading vanilla, cocoa and coffee extracts and sweet brown flavors. Highlights included French Marshmallow, Christmas Stollen and Black Forest Cake beverages; Bergamot Cream, Bourbon Brown Butter and Horchata chocolate candies; and Honey Vanilla, Coconut Biscuit, Chai Vanilla and Pecan Pie mini bars.
