Meggle’s Food Systems Business Group has developed an extensive product portfolio for the food industry which includes products based on both the ingredients of the raw material milk and non-milk components.
 
In the dairy product segment they offer specific support for the stabilization and texturisation of milk products such as yoghurt or cream cheese preparations. They supply the soup and sauce industries with spray-dried emulsions, which are optimized according to the requirements of the final product and the customer.
 
For the meat industry and its suppliers they produce techno-functional ingredients for enhancing structure and taste. As a major German producer in the coffee creamer and foamer sector they develop and sell a large range of products adapted to customers’ requirements. Another market for MEGGLE Food Systems is the bakery and confectionery industry.
 
They continually work on enhancing their recipes with the aim of being able to offer customers high-quality, functional products. At the same time they focus on providing consistent customer advice in order to find individual solutions adapted to the requirements at hand.
