21 Sep 2018 --- Limagrain Céréales Ingrédients (LCI) agreed to acquire Unicorn Grain Specialties from Nordian Capital. Unicorn Grain Specialties has a strong presence in Northern Europe in the cereals and pulses ingredients markets, relying on heat treatment technologies for puffed cereals, cooking-extrusion and flaking, for example. Pauline Arramy of Limagrain explains the portfolio expansion and the launch of Cereclean, the newest addition to its clean label range, developed in response to the awareness and expectation of natural and clean ingredients.
