Jungbunzlauer is highlighting its sweeteners ERYLITE® and ERYLITE® Stevia. ERYLITE® is a great sugar replacer: Zero calories, zero glycemic index and sugar’s functionality. This bulk sweetener unites excellent physiological and technological properties and represents a valid alternative to common polyols. ERYLITE® is produced through a fermentation process and can thus be considered the first and only natural bulk sweetener. Its pleasant sweet taste makes it a valid alternative to sugar for most applications.

ERYLITE® Stevia is the evolution of ERYLITE®: Steviolglycosides strengthens the sweetness while ERYLITE® masks the bitter notes of steviolglycosides and creates a taste sensation unknown for stevia based sweeteners. The results is a zero calorie sweetening system, free from the typical aftertaste profile, very easy to handle and available in different sweetness levels.
