XStream Beverage Network enters into distribution agreement with Big Geyser
Big Geyser Inc. to become exclusive SPA Water distributor for Metropolitan New York.
06/01/06 XStream Beverage Network, Inc., an emerging developer, marketer, and distributor of innovative and new age beverages, has announced that it has entered into a distribution agreement with Big Geyser, Inc. for the distribution of SPA Natural Spring Water. Under the terms of the agreement, Big Geyser, Inc. will be the Company's exclusive distributor of SPA Natural Spring Water throughout New York's five boroughs and in Nassau and Suffolk Counties on Long Island.
In March 2005, XStream entered into an agreement with SPA Water of Belgium for the exclusive United States distribution rights for SPA Natural Spring Water. SPA Natural Spring Water is imported from the town of SPA, Belgium located in the Ardennes Mountains, one of Europe's most famous conservation areas. The land around the spring has been protected from pollution for centuries. SPA Natural Spring Water has been distributed in the United States for more than 20 years, including on both the east and west coasts of the United States.
The SPA agreement in combination with the recent introduction of Chinese Rocket Fuel, a 16 oz. energy drink formulated with a blend of Chinese herbs and featuring two times the energy of other drinks in the popular 8 oz. category, are in keeping with the Company's strategy of developing a portfolio of beverage brands that compete in every segment of the New Age beverage market. The new offerings complement XStream's proprietary brands, Maui Juice Company, Squeeze gourmet soda, and Yohimbe Energy Drink. The Company has four distribution facilities along the east coast - Ayer, Mass., Bristol, Conn., Jessup, Md. and Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.
XStream Beverage Network, Inc. is a beverage brand owner and distributor in the New Age beverage category. The company plans to continue acquiring small- to medium-sized beverage distributors, developing brands under its own label or through acquisition and leveraging those brands through its current and future distribution channels.
