Weight Watchers Declares Quarterly Dividend

14/03/08 Weight Watchers International, Inc. announced that its Board of Directors declared its quarterly cash dividend of $0.175 per share, which corresponds to an annual dividend rate of $0.70 per share. This quarterly dividend will be payable on April 11, 2008 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 28, 2008.
